We have a well-known developerin Dubai who are looking for an Interior Design Director due toincreased workload. They mainly work on high-end hospitality orresidential projects in UAE so knowledge of the market ispreferable. We will consider applications from individuals outsidethe region who have worked on hotel projects in the UK, Europe orthe US.

Thisindividual should have experiencein:

• Workingwith various disciplines and be able to effectively communicate thedesign to achieve the end result.
  
• Managemultiple projectssimultaneously.
  
• Provideleadership and support on numerous projects across the Middle Eastregion.
  
• Maintainrelationships within theindustry.
  
• Researchproject briefs, materials and construction products.
  
• Keepup to date with industrytrends.
  
• Overseathe production of detailed and design drawings using CAD softwarepackages including 2D and BIM technology
  

Requirements

• Bachelorsin Interior Design, Fine Arts orArchitecture.
  
• Minimumof 15 years experience.
  
• Experienceleading interior design teams of15+
  
• Experiencein the Middle East market is advantageous but notessential.
  
• Mustbe able to demonstrate unique and innovative designs, pushing theenvelope.
  
• Backgroundin reviewing and providing effective comments on projectdocumentation andcontracts.
  
• Experiencein assisting in winning work including developing bids, proposals,conducting meetings and presenting to new and existing clients.
  
• Experiencein contributing towards the development of the business bydelivering project information, reports and drawings in line withinternational bestpractices
