We are currently seeking a Retail Store Project Manager to join our dynamic KSA team


Responsibilities:


New Store Project Management:


  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new retail store projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including leasing, fitout, design, and retail operations, to align project objectives and requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of materials and services for new store projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate store openings with the retail operations team, including staffing, training, and marketing activities, to ensure a seamless launch.

Store Maintenance Ticket Management:


  • Establish and maintain a system for managing store maintenance tickets, including tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from store managers and visual merchandisers and ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize disruption to store operations.
  • Coordinate with internal maintenance teams and external service providers to address maintenance issues efficiently and cost effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of stores to identify maintenance needs and address any deficiencies proactively.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

New Projects involving Rollout of New Fixtures and Design Elements:

  • Lead the coordination and implementation of new fixtures and design elements as part of store renovation projects or new store openings.
  • Manage the procurement and installation of new fixtures and design elements, including vendor selection, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of fixture installations and address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Ensure that new fixtures and design elements are integrated seamlessly into store layouts and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate training sessions for store staff on the proper use and maintenance of new fixtures and design elements.
  • Provide support and guidance to store managers and staff during the transition period to ensure a smooth rollout of new fixtures and design elements.
  • Document and evaluate the performance of new fixtures and design elements postimplementation, gathering feedback from stakeholders to inform future projects and improvements.

Reporting and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of project timelines, budgets, expenses, and maintenance activities.
  • Generate regular reports on project status, including progress updates, key milestones, and budget variance analysis.
  • Document maintenance procedures, service contracts, and warranty information for each store to ensure compliance and facilitate future maintenance activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in project management and store
maintenance processes.


Stakeholder Communication:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in new store projects and store maintenance activities.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.
