Leader/ Specialist driving the implementation of strategy.
Supports the delivery of business results, overseeing performance against operational objectives or through executing strategy in a specialist area.
Key responsibilities

Responsible for the commercialisation of the company's products, defining market policies and strategies to be implemented in order to achieve established objectives.

- Leads the development of a medium-term sales strategy across a channel, territories, product lines, market segments, an individual or a broader portfolio of customer accounts or distributors

  • Monitors sales volume, revenue and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas.
  • Adapts procedures or reallocates resources to improve the overall performance of the sales organization.
  • Advises in policies related to pricing, product mix and brand portfolio, distribution and customer service.
  • Proposes, develops and executes new initiatives to ensure the organisation's sales volume and profitability objectives are met.
  • Oversees the execution of business development objectives, sales and communications programmes and policies.
  • Acts as escalation instance with existing and new customers
  • Contributes to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for the area of responsibility.
  • Coaches (regional) sales managers on people leadership, the organisation's products and services, on marketing campaigns and sales promotions and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
    Educational background/Experience
  • Education at Bachelor or Master's level.
  • 10 years of experience
  • Demonstrated achievements in sales.
