Position:

A Sales Specialist is to be an instrumental team player in the day-to-day shop-floor functions within the boutique.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store.
  • Maintain outstanding customer service as per Company standards.
  • To further career growth and development within the brand through mastery of retail network practices and functions.
  • To convert clients entering the boutique with a personalized welcome, identifying their expectations and by advising them on all product categories.
  • To achieve sales targets (of the boutique and allocated department) through effective use of selling techniques, building clientele and product knowledge contributing to the global team performance.
  • To monitor and communicate through regular reporting fast/slow moving items, client preferences, seasonal demands and other relevant information to management.
  • To develop outstanding relationships with key clients and enhance the retail experience through superior customer service skills and product knowledge.
  • Ensure the upkeep of the sale space and the image of the store and to offer feedback on ways to enhance visual merchandising of your department.
  • Contributing to stock management in coordination with administrative team and taking cash and handling tax and foreign currencies when required.

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail industry; luxury industry is preferable.
  • Arabic Speaker is a must.
  • Pleasant and good grooming skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • Manage time wisely in a fastpaced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility with work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
