Experience organizing teams through Agile ceremonies, e.g. productbacklog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily standups, sprintreviews, andretrospectives.

Proficiency with a wide range of productivity tools, includingcollaboration software (e.g., Slack, MS Teams), and standard MSOffice tools (e.g., Outlook Online,OneDrive).

BasicQualifications:

oAccountable and confidently leads and directs cross-functionalproject teams through highly visible and highly strategictransformation programs, which often require considerable resourcesand high levels of functional integration and interaction with theproject sponsor team from start tofinish

oCreate full-scale master program and project schedules andcommunication plans consisting of multiple projects orcomponents

oEnsure proactive scheduling of key deliverables, milestones, anddeliverabletasks

oEstablish program and project financial forecasts includingresource plans and other expenseplans

oSponsors process and practice improvements in the projectmanagement environment and serves as a catalyst for projectmanagementexcellence

oDemonstrates a clear understanding of the program s vision,objectives, scale, and scope of work,expected outcomes, businessvalue and impact, timelines, roadmaps, resource levelrequirements

oMay provide leadership and coaching for a small team of projectmanagers assigned to theprogram
