Job Overview:
The
Partner Success Manager is responsible for driving the success of our partner ecosystem by providing guidance, support, and resources to our partners.
This role will work closely with partners to understand their business goals, identify opportunities for collaboration, and ensure that they are successful in using our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire highpotential vendors and large groups within our target market.
- Develop relationships and build trust with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
- Negotiate and close deals by structuring winwin partnerships that drive mutual growth and profitability.
- Onboarding and providing comprehensive training and support to partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to successfully use the Cobone redemption app
- Grow the network and business by continuously expanding the partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Lead the account managers team and provide valuable insights and reports to refine our partners strategy
Preferred Qualifications / Experience

7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with eCommerce:
Fluent Arabic and English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills:- Deep understanding of strategic partnership building and fastgrowing business module
- Strong market connections within the Saudi Arabia market
- Entrepreneur mindset, selfmotivated, proactive and results oriented with a passion for building successful partnerships.
Based in Riyadh, KSA
