Companyfrom the Oil & Gas industry is looking for aQCE/I Inspector onboard an FPSOforan offshore project located in IvoryCoast.

MISSION:

Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site,collecting the relevant records
Ensure that all electrical operation are executed in accordancewith the relevant Codes and Standards, and Subsidiaries procedures,Quality Control Plans/ Inspection TestPlans

TASKS:

In accordance with the Quality Control Plan, execute the specificinspections on material, equipment and construction/installationactivities on site, following relevant specified procedures,issuing the relevant Quality Records
Issue the relevant QualityRecords and, when necessary, write and send to QC Supervisornon-conformances reports
Checkcable laying and cable identification
Check and test in accordance tothe Inspection and Test Plan the i nstallation for electricalequipment such as but not limited to: power transformers,switchboard, accumulator battery, sockets outlet, lighting system,etc.
Perform visual inspections,dimensional test, check rating and material for connection
Perform tests of continuity,insulation resistance
Checkinstallation of material
Performfunctional tests
Perform test ofcable connection
Verify specialprocesses and the relevant workers qualifications
Witness the tests, controls andinspections carried out
Checkconformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevantdocumentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests,controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests,control and inspections
Ensurethe correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plans
Orderly collect and manage/checkdocuments certifying test, controls and inspection documents,ensuring that all electrical and testing related records areproperly retrievable within the final As- Built dossier
In Case of subcontractoractivities, ensure the correct implementation of the approvedQuality Control Plans/ Inspection Test Plans, witnessing inspectionand collecting relevant Quality Controlrecords

Requirements

MUST:Offshore experience (hook-up and or commissioningactivities)
