    Prior to machine dayto day operation to do prerequisite machine inspection i.e. checkfor loose bolts tightened if necessary secure all necessary safetyguard are properly in place and secured. Clean and put lubricationon all points that required daily lubrication. Check for anyunnecessary material that may obstruct operation and observe properhousekeeping every day.

    Responsible for machinesets up and operations of machines assign to operate such asrolling machine spot welder pleating machine media side sealer PUdispenser gasket adhesion machine and/or any related machine thatis required to produce the specific product.

    Read and understand the standard operating procedure and/or work instruction (WI) pertaining on how to process raw materialto determine the correct machine set up production method andsequence of operation to produce the correct component / productaccording to product drawings/ blueprints as part of qualityspecifications.

    tools (hand tools and builtingauges.) to ensure the product is according to drawingspecification. To adjusts controls of machine to set and regulatemachine factors such as air pressure heat machine speed amongothers if needed.Perform proper maintenance as per plan and keepthe surrounding and machine clean at all times.To fill up allnecessary forms such as process checklist and quality inspectionchecklist with diligence at all times as required to ensureadherence to quality of the product produce.To inform immediatelythe line supervisor for any instances of nonconformance with theproduct produce by the machine. 1 2 year experience in operatingmachine in a manufacturing company.Knowledge & experiencein machine maintenance / quality oriented in manufacturingprocesses with the ability to apply it in practice.Have pleasantpersonality and the ability to work under pressure communicatingindependently with peers in all department of the factory.Should beable to perform all basic operation maintenance quality functionsmentioned above with the ability to do addhock tasks requested bythe AAF Middle East Management team.Proper reading speaking ofEnglish language
