    Job Summary

    Function as a Machine operator for the GRE Liner.

    Responsibilities/Accountability &Authority

    • Function as a Machineoperator for the GRE Liner.
    • Adhere to workinstructions.
    • Perform daily maintenancechecks before the start of the shift.
    • Perform the job as stipulated per company procedures/workinstruction etc.
    • Verify through visualinspection that the pipes are suitable for coating.
    • Perform necessary qualification tests using qualitycontrol gauges to verify that the product meets the requirements.
    • Inform the Coating Plant Superintendent /Supervisor/Leadman or his designee if any disturbance orirregularities in the production flow occurs.
    • Records Daily Production Reports QualityAssurance/Control Reports and all necessary Reports regardingoperation.
    • Follow all the Company HSEMS QMSpolicies and procedures.
    • Perform otherduties that maybe assigned by the General Manager / Plant Manageror his designee.

    BehavioralSkills/Competencies & Experience Required

    • High school graduate or equivalent.
    • 12 years of related experience in a similarwork environment.
    • Team player.
    • Flexible.
    • Normal English command(Nationals).
    • Training certificates are aplus.
