RolePurpose: The role holder will be responsible forgenerating new leads, communicating with customers, understandingtheir needs, and ensuring a smooth franchisee Sign up conversionprocess. He/She would be required to be able to close sales andmeet targets & to build initial interest, confidence in thecustomer and ensure customer delight.
Roleandresponsibilities

• Datascraping by Communicating with customers, making outbound calls topotential customers, and following up with them for generating warmand hot prospects.
• Analyse customer sneeds and explore sales opportunities.
• Answering potentialcustomers' queries and building engagement by sending additionalinformation.
• To remainupdated about product and service related updates such that latestinput can be shared with prospects.
• Generating andmaintaining a database of existing and potential customers.
• Competition updates
• Researching for newsources of Data and qualifying new leads.
• Closing Sign ups andachieving monthlytargets.

ExperienceandQualification

• AGraduate with 2-3 years of experience in an outbound call centre.
• Experienced inMicrosoft Office and CRMsoftware.
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to deliverexcellent phone and coldcalls.
• Prior Insidesales Calling & emailingexperience
