Roles and responsibilities include:
- Check and control the Quality processing of the product at all stages (Mixing, Forming, Oven and Packaging) of production both regular and random basis.
- Analysis and reporting of the online nonconformities/failures & events related to quality and ensure full tracking of FGs.
- Implement and ensure the compliance of QA systems, GMP and Food safety program requirements and Zero defects.
- Sampling processes of semifinished and finish good products.
- Conduct products scoring and sensory evaluation.
- To cover Quality Laboratory during vacations and rotation.
- Covering Safety inspections and audit during the shifts and monitoring the work permit activities in the factory.
