    Customer Service (Fresh)

    • Understand the demand of consumers to provide timely service and solutions.
    • Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
    • Manage consumer queries and complaints in realtime by offering practical solutions ensuring complete problem resolution.
    • Compile indepth data of each customer in a segregated database containing detailed info about each interaction.
    • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.

    Skills

    • Adept in using customer relationship management software to offer the best client services.
    • High school or Fresh graduate.
    • Proficient in answering phone calls with professional etiquette and a friendly tone.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Thorough understanding of setting priorities for a task to comply with the set deadlines and responsibilities.
