Marketing Manager - Logistics Real Estate (Saudi National)

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Design and execute marketing strategies which focus on each specific audience: including brokers, investors, and employees/potential employees.
  • Collaborate with sales team to understand target markets, buyer personas and market trends to develop effective marketing plans.
  • Assist the management in formulation of the sales proposition, project brief and FAQ, and costing of projects based on market feedback and information.
  • Represent the organization at events, be a thought leader / brand ambassador and gather market intelligence while exposing the company to the broader industry.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Make sure there is a consistency of Brand message across all social media platforms, company website as well as collaterals.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and make datadriven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
