We are currently recruiting for an ERP Administrator - D365 to be based out of our Saudi office.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing and monitoring the ERP environment across finance and operations
  • Manage the user access roles and manage licenses accordingly
  • Setup warehouse, stores, registers and devices on the ERP as part of Store opening
  • Help create various IT integrations which are required to share data from the ERP to external parties
  • Ensure the reliable performance of ERP systems
  • Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems
  • Configuring all network devices such as printers, routers, switches and access points

Requirements:


  • Equivalent to bachelor's degree in computer science or higher
  • 5 years' work experience in a retail business
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
