Reported To:
Project Manager


Responsibilities

1-Manage and implement the traffic plan for the incoming and outgoing tipper trucks, private vehicles, and operational equipment.

2-Shall arrange periodic servicing, routine maintenance, repair, and replacement of transportation vehicles.

3-Responsible to mitigate risk in case of vehicle/equipment failure breakdown.

4-address any sickness and fatigue of drives/equipment operators.

5-If renting vehicle or equipment, shall select vehicles, equipment and negotiate price/contract terms and conditions.

6-Monitoring driver's license.

7-Vehicle documents validity

8- Keep records of vehicle document and renew them on or before expiry.

9- Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations requirements.

10-ensuring all operations adhere to kingdom of Saudi Arabia's traffic laes.

11-Ensure that staff members comply with safety rules and regulations.

12-Shall supervise the traffic inside the Al Jubaylah site for the outgoing tipper trucks to AlJubaylah.

12-Ensure that all traffic and safety tools are in place.
