- An undergraduate or advanced degree from atop academic program
- At least 2 years ofrelevant experience supporting the execution of complex digitalprojects
- Strong client orientation ability tounderstand client business needs and translate them into technologyrequirements.
- Strong stakeholder managementskills ability to collaborate closely with consultants projectmanagers developers designers and data scientists and speak theirrespective languages
- Outstanding written andverbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings inboth English and Arabic
- Apassion for technology and digital and the ability to keep up withtrends and developments
- Knowledge of andexperience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum AgilePM orKanban to deliver digital projects successfully
- Basic knowledge of testing and release managementmethodologies of the different technical components
- Experience in using Agile project management tools suchas JIRA Trello or Confluence.
- Solid grasp ofPMO toolkit basics enabling project tracking effort estimationamong others
- A strong sense of ownership andautonomy owning topics from end to end and getting thingsdone
- An aptitude for analyticalwork like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting downthe key issues in a hugely complex challenge
