Develop and test extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes.- Plan, analyse and design Data Migration processes.
- Develop, document and validate data migration strategy.
- Test data migration, data validation, data cleansing and data conversion procedures as per design specifications.
- Conduct data quality analysis.
- Develop data catalog.
- Develop a data model and dictionaries.
- Identify issues related to database performance and provide corrective measures.
- Troubleshoot database related issues.
- Design and develop data map based on business requirements to load data from source files to the target.
- 5+ years in endtoend experience with data migration, data validation, data cleansing and data conversion procedures as per design specifications
- Strong fundamentals in Relational databases
- Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend )
- Technically sound with some of the coding languages commonly used in ETL development like SQL.
- Good knowledge of data warehouse and data modelling
- Experience with data quality tools (Informatica, Talend...).
- Experience with data catalog and metadata management.
