Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Manages projects assigned to the team upon formal project initiation by the IT PMO.
Leads Level 3 maintenance, support function, and provide support for events escalated by Informatics Systems Operations.
Provides problem management support as part of the problem management process.
Ensures the projects are compliant with the controls defined by the IT PMO.
Provides accurate and timely reports to the IT Program Management Department.
Responsible for the delivery of projects on time, on budget and within scope.
Plans communication and necessary training for the change delivered by projects.
Leads the process of gathering functional and technical requirements.

Education:

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.

Experience Required:

Five (5) years of related experience with a Master's Degree, or seven (7) years of related experience with Bachelor's degree is required.
