The Jazan IGCC is the worlds largest IGCC and ASU facility producing 2100 MMSCFD syngas 18000 MT/Day Oxygen and 4 Gigawatts of power. Facilities and assets include residue gasification acid gas clean up (Rectisol) soot ash recovery Sulphur recovery (Claus & Scot) combined cycle power plants materials handling systems hydrogen recovery air separation water utilities systems and wastewater treatment facilities.

The Role: Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our diverse team and chip in to the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supervising the logistical aspects of our operations ensuring detailed coordination and maintaining alignment to industry standards and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead logistics operations including the transportation of materials equipment and resources
• Collaborate closely with project managers engineers and vendors to optimize logistical processes and improve overall project efficiency
• Supervise and track shipments ensuring timely deliveries and addressing any potential delays or issues
• Maintain accurate records of inventory shipping and transportation activities providing regular updates to collaborators
• Implement efficient logistics solutions without compromising on quality and safety standards
• Evaluate reliable suppliers to secure favorable terms for transportation and logistics services
• Proactively identify and address potential logistical challenges developing contingency plans for risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations safety protocols and projectspecific requirements in all logistics operations

This Logistics Coordinator position plays a vital role in supporting the flawless flow of materials and resources chipping in to the success of our projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record in Logistics preferably in the oil and gas sector
• Excellent analytical skills attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse project collaborators
• Certification or membership in relevant professional bodies is helpful
