Parsons KAFD is looking for an amazingly talented
Project Engineer - Architect (Saudi National) to join our team


In this role, you will join a professional engineering, construction, and cost management team that is involved in multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).

KAFD is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh's new Central Business District that combines a real estate development of approximately 850,000 sqm of office space, 115,000 GLA of retail, 1,200 residential units, 5-star Hotels, and 600 hospitality keys.

KAFD is set to be the main enabler of the KSA 2030 vision.


What You'll Be Doing:


Performs a variety of assignments, such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports.

Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers. Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials—interfaces with suppliers as required. Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at the project site. Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others. Provides the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract. Provides technical guidance to architectural designers/drafters working on the same project. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with 2+ years of related work experience.
