The Company:

About the Role:


Directs Almarai Talent Management (TM) processes, supports the achievement of business priorities and strengths the talent and leadership pipeline through talent identification, development, and succession planning by developing the specific development initiatives and cooperation with best world executive education facilities.


ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor degree psychology or sociology. Certification in psychometrics tests.


NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:


OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through the significant experience working as an OD specialist or as an HR generalists with OD focus.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

8-12 years of overall experience out of which 5 years working as TM & OD Manager in multicultural) organisation.
