JOB TITLE:
PR AND MARKETING TRAINEE




REPORTING TO:
PR, EVENTS AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, KSA




LOCATION:
RYADH, KSA

MAIN PURPOSE


The PR & Marketing Trainee will be assisting in the implementation of Marketing, PR and Events Strategy in line with objectives and guidelines.


  • Events: assist in the events implementation
  • Local Activation: assist in the setup and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Public Relations:


  • Contribute to grow the VIP and KOL Database (artists, royalties ) in KSA
  • Suggest new ambassadors in line with the brand strategy in KSA
  • Digital: identify product placement opportunities on social media

Events:


  • Assist in organizing event calendar
  • Execute events for internal boutiques, press events and in coop with retailers
  • Contribute to improve the client treatment and store animation through tactical events in the boutique (afternoon tea, bridal, VIPs, stylists, wedding planners )
  • Followup on events execution, liaise with suppliers, ensure implementation is inline with objectives and guidelines

Marketing:


  • Provide support in the dispatch dispatch of product lookbook to VIP database, retail network and partners
  • Monitor executions with external partners
  • Assist boutiques with the right communication tools for their clients (assets, greetings )
  • Liaise with malls / landlords in providing communication assets for their channels (malls OOH, digital assets, videos)

Reporting and Training:


  • Assist in the development of all reports for the PR & Events department (best clippings, monthly clipping, event reports)
  • Help organize competition analysis report
  • Invoices follow up and tracking

JOB PROFILE:


Education:

Third year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience


Required Experience:

Interest in retail, communication and events, luxury


Languages Ability:

Fluent Arabic & English (written and spoken)

French is a plus.


Behavioral Traits:


Flexible, can-do attitude, ability to multitask, genuine interest in the luxury consumer brands, responsible, time-management, works well in teams, people skills, good communicator, goes the extra mile, curious and well informed on the luxury industry.
