From day one, you will be working alongside & learning from our Industry Leaders on some of the most challenging projects and transactions in key TMT hubs around the world.

You will be also guiding our talented team through diverse strategy and execution projects, whilst building and growing relationships with senior executives and game-changers in the TMT industry


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the success of multiple and complex project engagements
  • Manages various projects in parallel autonomously, develops core work plan, structure an endtoend analysis to find the best solution and ensure highquality outputs
  • Is able to ensure successful project delivery, guiding junior team towards problem conceptualization, problem structuring, data gathering and insight generation
  • Generates valuable insights for the client and for the creation of intellectual capital within the firm
  • Develops endtoend documents both for existing engagements or business development proposals
  • Is able to manage complex and multiple documents in parallel
  • Ensures project scope is properly managed and is able to take decisions when tradeoffs between project and team arise
  • Takes full ownership of the administrative responsibilities within the project
  • Able to build senior client relationships across multiple accounts that can lead to business leads
  • Supports Partners' relationshipbuilding efforts within different accounts and leads
  • Acts as a rolemodel, builds project morale, encourages recognition and is always ready to provide/receive feedback and seek to improve

Experience And Qualifications

  • Over 7 years' experience within a top tier management consultancy firm
  • Indepth knowledge and interest in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) industry
  • International exposure and experience working in both developed and emerging markets is an advantage
  • An MBA from a leading global business school
  • Highly organised and structured, with excellent problemsolving skills
  • Combines business sense with commercial capabilities
  • Builds good professional and personal relationships with client teams at senior management levels
  • Quickly gains comfort with content areas that are unfamiliar and drives content leadership
  • Team player and leader, openminded, possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and add value
  • Acts as a role model and mentor to junior consultants
  • Flexible to accommodate frequent travel
  • Mature demeanour and positive attitude, as well as discretion and sensitivity when dealing with clients
  • This role may require travel to client and Delta offices.
