    Requirements

    Roles&Responsibilities:

    OfficeStaff:

    • Collaboratewith management to complete necessary projects; work independentlyon prior delegatedtasks.
    • Utilizebackoffice computer systems particularly SAP software for dataentry andprocessing.
    • Demonstrateexcellent written and verbal communicationskills.
    • Proficientin Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel andPowerPoint.
    • Assistin office administration tasks asrequired.

    ProductionSupervisor:

    • Supervisedaily production operations to ensure efficient and timelyproduction ofgoods.
    • Possesscomprehensive knowledge of production processes machinery andequipment.
    • Previousexperience in production supervision or management isessential.
    • Createand update records ensuring accuracy and validity ofinformation.
    • Exhibitexcellent written and verbal communicationskills.
    • Proficientin Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel andPowerPoint.
    • Implementand maintain safety protocols and quality controlmeasures.
    • Coordinatewith maintenance and logistics departments to optimize productionschedules.
    • Trainand supervise production staff to maintain productivity and qualitystandards.
    • Overseeinventory management and ensure adequate stock levels forproductionactivities.
    • Resolveany productionrelated issues in a timely and effectivemanner.

    • 25years of relevant experience in office administration and/orproductionsupervision.
    • Strongunderstanding of SAP software and proficiency in MS Officeapplications.

    AdditionalCriteria/Requirements:

    • Candidatesmust be Indiannationals.
    • Malecandidatespreferred.
    • Previousexperience in the chemicals petrochemicals polymers or industrialgasses industry isadvantageous.
    • Familiaritywith document control processes and procedures is aplus


    Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant fieldRelevant Professional Certification is preferred 3-5 years ofexperience in a relevant field Age must be 27-32 Years Fluent inEnglish - Spoken and Written
