    • TheManager for Digital Capabilities within Transformation works ondefining and creating capabilities within the Digital domain forCBG. The role is responsible for converting high level business usecases & requirements into realizable capabilities that canbe rapidly & accurately deployed within the technicalenvironment. The role is aligned to work very closely withbusiness/product owners within the Digital environment of theConsumer Business Group and ensure a synergistic creation ofinnovativecapabilities.
    • Therole sits within the Capabilities for Digital, Core &Culture unit of the CBG Transformation team. The ideal candidatewill have experience in Digital capability creation, stakeholdermanagement & vendor/partner management. Presentation& communication skills should beexcellent.

    KEYACCOUNTABILITIES &ACTIVITIES
    • KeyResultsArea
    • FunctionalAccountabilities End to end ownership of all Capabilities fromDigital perspective in Consumer BusinessGroup.
    • Design& roll out capabilities for Digital initiatives across theConsumer Business Group. Ensure a long-term vision with readilycustomizablesolutions
    • Enhancequality of deliverables, ensure fast TTM & assist businessproduct owners by realistic conversion of business use cases& ideas into technically feasiblesolutions
    • Designinnovative technical approaches to facilitate creation &delivery of best-in-class Digitalproducts
    • Provideactive assistance to the Digital business vertical from atechnology perspective (both BE & FE) to ensure the mostappropriate supportstack
    • Ensurecontinuous learning and upscaling of knowledge in areas such asExperience Layers, Analytics systems, Bots, CMS, UX/UIcapabilities, FE/BE technologies, Notification enginesetc.
    • Assistin creating COEs for new capabilities such as RPA, automation, APIstrategyetc.
    • Stakeholdermanagement
    • Workclosely with Digital functions within the Consumer Business Groupto manage rapid delivery of relevantcapabilities
    • Closelyengage with PMO team within the Transformation function for Program& RFx relatedactivities

    VendorManagement
    • Liaiseand work with multiple vendors that are incumbent within theDigitalenvironment
    • LeadTechnical product & vendor selection by creating &orchestrating RFx or similarprocesses
    • AssistPMO team to ensure that the Program or RFx end state accuratelyreflects delivery of the expected capabilities. Own the overallprocessfunctionally.
    • Managestrategic relationships with vendors and inculcate best practicessharing

    • The3 main KPI s are as follows, all of which will have yearly targetswithin theAOP
    • Timeto Market for capabilities developed within the digital &digital salesenvironment
    • Qualityof productscreated

    Qualifications
    • Understandsdigital landscape and has technical expertise of systems that arerequired for digital business to be conducted. Some examples areExperience Layers, Analytics systems (Adobe, Google etc.), Bots(Voice, chat, mail etc.), RPA, CMS, UX/UI capabilities, FE/BEtechnologies, Notification enginesetc.
    • Hands-onexperience in vendor and partnermanagement
    • Experiencein conducting RFx s or similarprocesses
    • Goodunderstanding & experience of transformational processessuch as AGILE, DevOps, CI/CD pipelineetc.
    • Jobspecific technical skills Strong hands-on knowledge of Digital TechStack
