    JobDescription:

    The jobs in this level are the linkbetween the company and healthcare professionals. Aim is it toincrease the awareness and use of Hikmas pharmaceutical and medicalproducts through the sales and marketing activities and servicesincluding field activities. Job holders promote a defined set ofproducts to customers and/or key accounts in accordance with givenguidelines to meet given sales & marketing targets with thehelp of resources provided under the guidance of the concernedSupervisor/Manager.

    Skills:

    • Reviewupdated and detailed records of sales targets and activities aswell as assessing performance and achievedgoals
    • Develop adequate relations organizeappointments and events with Hikma customers (doctor pharmacistsand hospital medical teams etc.) to inform and convince them toprescribe / dispense / use our products to meet given salestargets
    • Increase the awareness of Hikmaproducts through continuous learning and sharing of informationwith healthcare providers
    • Obtain latestinformation about Doctors Pharmacists Hospitals etc. andprospecting new customers to maintain efficient customerlists
    • Ensure proper product availabilityterritory coverage reporting & feedback and Monitoringcompetitor activity and competitorsproducts
    • Follow up on and reviewing Hikmaproducts performance within the market through clients responsesand other indicators anticipating new marketopportunities
    • Prepare timely planning feedbackand sales documentation/sales reporting to the supervisor/manageras per request and prior agreement to ensure optimum territorycoverage
    • Ensure timely compliant behavior incorrespondence to company rules andregulations

    Education:

    • B.S.inpharmacy

    Experience:

    • 02 years of relatedexperience
