• Align marketing initiatives and business strategies for the Saudi Arabia market.
• Creation of the marketing plan in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Accountable to bring solid traction to daytoday activities.
• Actively participate and provide key strategic inputs during sales reviews.
• Manage, plan and execute regional partner marketing budget.
• Work Constantly with the Zonal sales team and central marketing team to develop and accomplish channel marketing goals at the region.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboard, reports on marketing activities.
• Branding for Partners, Influencers, Small & Large Format events.
• Connect with Influencer community and associations.
• Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans and lead generation plans with inputs from the Central and Regional team.
• Drive awareness programs to keep partners aware of Tally's latest news and updates.
• Maintain an active and robust event and training calendar for the country.

• Marketing graduate, Masters preferred.
• Prior experience in IT/ITES domains.
• Prior experience in managing field/channel partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools and some exposure to Tally.
• Excellent Budget Management and relationship building skills.
• Willingness to travel.
