As the Head of Assembly and Maintenance , you will play a critical role in overseeing the assembly, installation, and maintenance of kitchen designs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to manage the assembly and maintenance teams effectively.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and manage assembly and maintenance teams.
• Ensure kitchen designs are assembled and installed to quality standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs for existing installations.
• Enforce quality control processes.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests.
• Budget management and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Foster a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in kitchen assembly, installation, and maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of kitchen design and assembly processes.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Budget management and cost control expertise.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the kitchen design industry.
