    Job Purpose

    Rewaa is a fast growing technology company based in Riyadh, we help business owners increase their sales and lower operational cost by using cloud based Inventory sales management system.

    Rewaa is used by over 20k retailers across the MENA region and growing by 30% month over month.

    Rewaa is looking for a Senior Copywriter that is responsible for creating persuasive, engaging, and high-quality written content for business-to-business marketing and communication purposes. This individual will play a crucial role in crafting compelling narratives, messaging, and content strategies targeted towards B2B audiences. They will work collaboratively with various teams to drive the creation of content that aligns with the brand's voice, resonates with the target audience, and drives business objectives

    Key Accountabilities

    1. Content Creation: Develop and produce written content for various B2B marketing materials, including but not limited to website copy, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, sales collateral, and advertising content.
    2. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and messaging strategies, maintaining brand consistency across all B2B communication channels.
    3. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute content strategies that support lead generation, engagement, and sales enablement.
    4. Audience Understanding: Conduct in-depth research to understand the B2B audience, their pain points, needs, and preferences, and use this knowledge to create content that resonates and drives desired actions.
    5. Copy Optimization: Edit and refine content to optimize readability, clarity, and engagement. Test and improve content based on performance metrics and audience feedback.
    6. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and create compelling content that meets business objectives.
    7. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content while adhering to deadlines.
    8. Industry Trends Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content strategies and outputs.


    Requirements and Qualifications

    1. Proven experience as a Content Writer in a B2B environment, ideally in a senior or lead role.
    2. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating successful B2B content across various platforms.
    3. Understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes, target audience behaviors, and pain points.
    4. Strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally and with diverse teams.
    5. Proficiency in content management systems, SEO, and analytics tools.
    6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
    7. The Senior Copywriter (B2B) is instrumental in shaping the voice and messaging of the company, driving engagement, and ultimately supporting the growth and success of the business through compelling, impactful content tailored for B2B audiences.
