At Eram Talent, we are currently looking to hire a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.

You should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, is also essential.

Additionally, you should have the ability to handle high-pressure situations, resolve conflicts, and maintain attention to detail and organizational skills.

A flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
