Role Summary:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identifies solution requirements by interviewing and observing clients; analyzing processes and operations; establishing solution objectives; preparing specifications.
- Enables data exchange / interface with primary hospital HIS solutions in collaboration with solutions delivery team.
- Must be well versed with the local Health Regulators standards.
- Performs initial assessment of the established interface in terms of data integrity and workflows.
- Analyses data gathered and developed solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
- Recommends improvements to systems by identifying, researching, and analyzing problems and assisting in implementing improvements.
- Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications and improvements.
- Champion the use of Business Process Management tools and principles for capturing, analyzing, and developing integrated solutions.
Job Requirements:

Prior experience in Healthcare sector is mandatory._
- _
Excellent communication skills is required._
- Good knowledge of HL7/ XML interfaces and webservices
- Experience in process and system design, project management, adequate programming, and data mining skills.
- Good understanding of webbased distributed client server environment.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant courses.
