A Digital Sales Specialist is a professional who focuses on selling products or services through digital channels. In this role, you will be the heart of growth, retention, and customer satisfaction with the companies Digital Solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions to regardless of whether there is an equipment opportunity
  • Take care of customer education and activation in terms of elearning, live education and tutoring, to guarantee the highest usage of MyWellness platform and to maximize active users
  • Build best practices based on successful real customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solutions on the market
  • Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management
  • Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • 35 years' relevant experience in the Digital Sales field
  • Bachelor's or master's Degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in Project Management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of CRM management
  • Knowledge of consultationbased selling techniques
  • Longterm customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of sales operations (field sales and inside sales): scheduling, sales activities planning, pipeline management
  • Knowledge of customer experience: analysis and deployment of processes and projects
