Job Objective

  • Technical Customer Support, provide systems maintenance services, anticipates operational problems and contributes to improve the system / equipment operations.
  • Provide L1 support services and dispatches L2/L3 Technical issues to the appropriate teams and ensures the necessary actions are carried out.
  • Ensures the needed actions are performed ensures the acceptance of the intervention and /or solution by the Customer.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • As part of a team, contribute to all aspects of system operations and maintenance.
  • Executes system preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per the maintenance program.
  • Operations and Maintenance procedures development.
  • Develops Customer knowledge (configurations, maintenance and repair status) Observes and studies system / equipment functioning, operating modes and performance results, Performs routine checks.
  • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes operating and engineering data, analyses trends, studies equipment limitations, interprets alarms.
  • Investigates complaints and suggestions, interviews endusers, Identifies, alerts and/or acknowledge any operational problem.
  • Communicates proactively with End user as technical interface.
  • Collects and reports on Customer technical issues Analyses problems, collects all relevant information and provides answers to Customer queries.
  • Develops and implements resolution plans, takes appropriate decisions support.
  • Proposes optimization of the system configuration.
  • Produces Maintenance and operation manuals.
  • Root cause analysis, troubleshooting and rectification.
  • Creation of Preventive maintenance planning, inventory reports
  • Test and Measurement Equipment calibration.
  • Daily reporting of system operational issues identification and PCR creation
  • System monitoring through various monitoring tools and report on any deviation or defects.
  • Produces training manuals and conduct customer trainings.
  • Proposes process changes to improve the efficiency and quality of work.
  • Management of ontime Spare parts deliveries.
  • Performs onthejob trainings when needed,

Additional responsibilities include:


  • Supports IVVQ team for integration and system testing.
  • Supports the deployment activities, record the postimplementation issues and lead to corrective actions, verify that all the necessary actions taken.
  • Monitors system installation and perform site tests.
  • Provides status reports to the IVVQ team.
  • Supports change orders and expansion projects. Preparing systems designs, conducting integration of the systems, SAT, commissioning & Handover for change orders.

Work Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years' of handson experience in Operations support and Maintenance of Security Systems
  • Configuration, Integrations and Troubleshooting experience of advanced Security systems (CCTV, video Management system, Access control system), IT and Network systems.

Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's in electrical / Electronic / Civil / Mechanical / Industrial / Project Engineering

Preferred Skills

  • Integration and implementation of Video mgmt. system, ACCESS control system, ISS Recording & Storage, Integration of Hotline and IP Telephone.
  • WINDOWS Server Configuration.
  • VMWARE implementation and Maintenance
  • Server Configuration (RAID and Storage Devices)
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems. UNIX.
