Duties & Responsibilities
Implementing the department's policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with them within the facility
- Providing support in operations and activities within the department and coordination and support to other departments
- Implementing all supplier invoices
- Preparing supplier payments and preparing the monthly settlement of accounts payable
- Preparing and analyzing accounts receivable reports
- Assist with monthly and annual audit activities
- Ensure that accounts payable comply with the company's credit sales policy and terms
- Coordination with relevant departments regarding financial accounts
Qualifications and skills
- Qualification a bachelor's degree
- Experience in the same field of not less than 3 to 5 years
- Proficiency in communication management skills
- Required English Language Level Intermediate
- Advanced
- Proficiency in Office programs advanced
