Duties & Responsibilities
Implementing the department's policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with them within the facility

  • Providing support in operations and activities within the department and coordination and support to other departments
  • Implementing all supplier invoices
  • Preparing supplier payments and preparing the monthly settlement of accounts payable
  • Preparing and analyzing accounts receivable reports
  • Assist with monthly and annual audit activities
  • Ensure that accounts payable comply with the company's credit sales policy and terms
  • Coordination with relevant departments regarding financial accounts

Qualifications and skills

  • Qualification a bachelor's degree
  • Experience in the same field of not less than 3 to 5 years
  • Proficiency in communication management skills
  • Required English Language Level Intermediate
  • Advanced
  • Proficiency in Office programs advanced
