• Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists to develop and implement predictive models that support business growth, customer retention, and risk
  
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to build high-quality datasets to support model
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and translate them into predictive
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in predictive analytics and machine
  
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and data
  
• Ensure the accuracy and validity of all models, and continuously monitor and evaluate their
  
• Manage projects and resources to ensure timely delivery of predictive analytics

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related
  
• At least 1 years of experience in developing predictive models using machine learning and data mining
  
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in predictive
  
• Experience in working with large datasets, and proficiency in SQL and other data analysis
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team of data analysts and data
  
• Strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  
• Experience in working with cloud-based platforms and tools, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure, is a
