- Operations:Ensure smooth running of the operations of the restaurants (Miami& New York) by providing necessary support and guidance tothe Outlet General Managers/Restaurant Managers by supporting andmonitoring daily operations, food hygiene, HACCP guidelines,implementing and following SOP s of the Outlets, etc
- Development: work with the owner of the groupto open the new venues in the US under differentbrands.
- Be the focal point of communication forthe Group and the owner
- Be abreast with the newindustry trends. Conduct competitive analysis of pricing andoffering.
- Finance: To establish and achieveOutlet s annual financial budget forecasts, i.e. meet / maximizesthe monthly revenue and GOP targets by exercising a constantcontrol of the operational expenses. Have control on P&L,food cost, Beverage cost, & netprofits.
- Budgets: Have control on operationalbudget, Capex, pre-opening budget, forecasts, ensure that manningguides are adhered to.
- To confer with theOutlet General Managers/Restaurant In charge on reports, forecasts,budget, marketing plan, festivals and specialpromotions.
- To keep abreast of competitivetrends, new products, and legislation.
- Purchasing: Negotiate pricing and ensurecontracts are followed correctly.
- Maintenance:Follow up on weekly reports/ log books to ensure that the issuesare rectified in a timely manner.
- Marketing:Drive business and be creative.
- Special Events:Maintain a calendar of events for each entity, follow up of allthese events and ensuring itssuccess.
- Strategy: Follow company s vision andactively engage in communicating toothers.
- Recruitment: Support recruitment to bein line with manning budget and as per the Outlet standards andnationality mix.
- HR: Be proactive in initiatingall staff welfare activities, adherence to Policies &Procedures, carry out disciplinary, performance management,succession planning, ensuring legal compliance with staffing etc
- Ensures employees develop their skills to thehighest level possible and provides guidance as they progressthrough their careers.
- Identifies employeeswith high potential and gains validation. Ensures high potentialsare followed up effectively and that they are given personalisedsupport.
- Develops team spirit and motivation bycreating a good working atmosphere
- Legal: Toensure that for the outlets featuring live entertainment, all legaldocuments are obtained in advance and copies are distributed to allconcerned key personnel i.e. NOC, etc. in a timely manner.
- To ensure that all outlet operations adhere tothe legal framework and requirements.
- To leadby example, adopting a positive attitude to keep the team spirit atits highest level.
- PR: Liaise on a regularbasis with allstakeholders.
