1. Monitor daily activities at sites for compliance with goals, plans, rules, regulation and project requirements and technical specifications.Ensure effective resource utilization including:
i.e Human Resources, Project repository and tools.
- To represent the organization and enhance relationships in dealings with client, consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure all agreements are implemented.
- Develop and manage Projects budgets
- Make efforts to bring new projects to the company.
- Identify and ensure skills of assigned manpower are aligned to projects requirements to ensure technically competent personnel for the project.
- To participate in regular meetings and reports to identify problems, target dates, issues, delays execution of work to ensure timely projects completion.
- Prepare and ensure the payments be collected on time.
10. Identify latest tools, techniques and trainings for your teams to keep abreast with industry practices and increase efficiency / quality of the work.
Other roles oversee:
Ensure all the projects work is planned, measured and monitored.
