What does a Sales Associate do
thesales associate is responsible for dealing with any and allcustomer questions about the products and services the companyoffers. A sales associate is expected to be continuously updatingtheir knowledge of the company products andpolicies.
Complaint handling is a critical part of thisposition. Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer whileadhering to company policies requires a combination of empathy andtact.
Another key responsibility is maintaining thepresentation of the sales floor products signage anddisplays.
Sales AssociateResponsibilities:
