Job summary:
QPP performs duties that are commonly associated with performance & process improvement. They are
responsible for providing feedbacks regarding performance & processes. Also, analyzing procedures &
staff performance to improve productivity. Their objective is to identifying areas of improvement to
ensure the best customer experience.
Key responsibilities_:
_**- Checking tickets related to the departments that we supervise.
- Providing reports and feedback regarding teams performance.
- Data Analytical / Validations to make the best decisions based on it.
- Escalate problems or variances in the information and data to the leader.
- Analyzing the workflow and identifying areas of improvement to enhance productivity.
- Providing suggestions to uplift the customers experience.
- Any other tasks mandated by the management.
_ Qualifications:
_
- Minimum Six months to one year of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to identify root causes of problems.
- Exceptional attention to detail to identify issues and inconsistencies.
- Ability to handle changing priorities and good judgment when working in stressful situations.
- Expertise Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, strong knowledge of formulas, functions, data validation, conditional formatting, and other advanced features.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to document findings and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
