Strategy Manager

Are you an EX Consultancy professional and can manage the end-to-end strategy development and implementation across the

organisation to achieve the organization's goals? This role will report into the Chief Strategy Officer.

Additionally, this role will also work closely with Executive Chairman and the CEO to support the

future growth and development of our organisation through the development and implementation of

end-to-end data and insight-driven corporate strategies and initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyse, qualify and model emerging issues, markets, opportunities, risks and trends
impacting on the organization.

  • Make research and data driven recommendations about the best response to the issues,
market developments, trends and opportunities identified.

  • Translate complex analysis into concise executive level reports and strategic
recommendations.

  • Provide insights across the organisation around emerging trends, stakeholder and market
analysis, value optimisation and strategic projects.

  • Support the development of the strategy insights platform to provide data capture, analysis
and monitoring of key strategic objectives and develop sophisticated business intelligence

layers, predictive models and decision-making tools.

  • Collaborate across the business and ensure all relevant business units benefit from the
strategy data and analysis insights.

  • In consultation with the relevant stakeholders across the business, codesign key strategic
initiatives to support execution of strategy and future operating model.

  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and activities.
  • Play a primary role in coordinating the strategic planning process and developing key
deliverables (e.g. Corporate Strategy, Strategic Plan, board presentations, etc.)

  • Lead in the comprehensive management of content development and the subsequent follow
- up process for the Annual Strategy Meeting. This includes shaping the agenda, coordinating

presentations, and ensuring that action items and decisions made during the meeting are

appropriately documented and executed in a timely manner to drive the organization's

strategic goals forward.

  • Support the Chief Strategy Officer on the Board interface and interactions on strategy related
matters.

  • Coordinate the implementation of the corporate strategy across the organisation, including
running scenarios and diagnostics, organising and facilitating collaborative sessions with key

stakeholders and providing guidance on strategy frameworks used to prioritise initiatives and

maximise benefits and outcomes.

  • Delivering on the strategy of the company, which also includes preparing geography/ country
specific strategies, market assessments, and plans for entry and growth.

  • Evaluate the advantages of potential partnerships/ JVs/ strategic alliances with key players in
target markets.

  • Prepare strategies for strategic partnerships/ alliances with hyperscalers / wholesale colos
  • Contribute to the broader team business and operational objectives and longterm
strategic goals.


Requirements:


  • 9+ years' experience with a leading corporation, investment bank or management
consultancy

  • Exceptional critical and strategic thinking skills, alongside a proven track record of scoping
and analysing strategic issues using a range of primary and secondary data sources and

research methodologies to articulate the key "so what" insights.

and communicate clear and compelling recommendations driving new growth opportunities

for the organisation. Also, outstanding at building and using data and insight-driven strategic

models, evaluation and decision tools.

  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong data, strategic, quant/qual analysis, modelling and
financial skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Relevant qualifications or relevant experience
