• Set targets and supervise the accounting department, including management accounts, internal audits, and other financial activities.
• Oversee all audit and internal operations to ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
• Prepare monthly reports, including financial statements and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain the monthly Cash Flow position to monitor cash inflows and outflows.
• Prepare annual budget and financial planning.
• Prepare detailed quarterly and annual reports, including financial statements and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to prepare forecasts and recommendations for upper management.
• Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a finance director or finance manager, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
• Indepth knowledge of financial and accounting principles, laws, and practices.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis techniques and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and financial software.
• CPA or other relevant professional qualification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
