Responsibilities
- Set targets and supervise the accounting department, including management accounts, internal audits, and other financial activities.
- Oversee all audit and internal operations to ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
- Prepare monthly reports, including financial statements and performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain the monthly Cash Flow position to monitor cash inflows and outflows.
- Prepare annual budget and financial planning.
- Prepare detailed quarterly and annual reports, including financial statements and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis to prepare forecasts and recommendations for upper management.
- Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a finance director or finance manager, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of financial and accounting principles, laws, and practices.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis techniques and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and financial software.
- CPA or other relevant professional qualification is preferred.
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay:
ریال15, ریال20,000.00 per month
