HR & Admin Executive - Full Time


ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment effort of Al Aber Co.
And developing strategies to change vendors for administrative systems.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Documenting all aspects of hiring practices plus Scheduling and coordinating interviews
Full knowledge of governmental-related procedures

  • Recruiting and managing employee performance
  • Develop and implement programs to improve employee performance
- create rules and regulations to guide the company's operations and develop standardized processes within the business

  • Sending memos and updates explaining company policies and circulars
  • Managing and planning training courses for employees
  • Being Able to develop and work with systems
  • Submitting funding requests and payments to CEO and CFO
  • Investigating inconsistencies and errors with employee payroll and benefit accounts.

EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years in the same field
