HR & Admin Executive - Full TimeABOUT THE ROLE:
As an HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment effort of Al Aber Co.
And developing strategies to change vendors for administrative systems.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Documenting all aspects of hiring practices plus Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Recruiting and managing employee performance
- Develop and implement programs to improve employee performance
- Sending memos and updates explaining company policies and circulars
- Managing and planning training courses for employees
- Being Able to develop and work with systems
- Submitting funding requests and payments to CEO and CFO
- Investigating inconsistencies and errors with employee payroll and benefit accounts.

EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years in the same field
