Government Liaison:


  • Build and nurture relationships with local, regional, and national government officials, agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and events related to government affairs.
  • Act as a point of contact between the hospitality business and government entities.

Regulatory Compliance:


  • Stay abreast of legislative changes, regulations, and policies that may impact the hospitality industry.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Advise management on potential regulatory risks and opportunities.

Policy Advocacy:


  • Advocate for the organization's interests in discussions with government bodies.
  • Work closely with industry associations and lobby groups to influence policy decisions that affect the hospitality sector.
  • Prepare position papers, reports, and presentations to support advocacy efforts.
  • Responsible for the timely and effective execution of services required by the clients.
  • Ensuring client needs are addressed on time as per the agreed scope of work and timeline.
  • Responsible for building clients' portfolios for recurring business opportunities.
  • Building and marinating a longlasting business relationship during the services delivery phase in order to increase reselling and crossselling of services.
  • Building and retaining a competent and professional team for the successful performance of the department
  • Managing and training the team for successful delivery of Services
  • Responsible for the team's performance and performance improvement
  • Regularly share daily, weekly and monthly reports related to Regional activities containing revenue target achieved, mature business deals, new leads, highvalue prospects
  • Service delivery and ongoing projects' progress reporting
  • Total Sales and Profitability reporting of the department
