Role Purpose
Responsible for revenue targets set for Business Development (BD), profitability, controlling and reporting.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

  • Strategic Development
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Key Accounts Management
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company
  • Responsible for building clients' portfolios for recurring business opportunities
  • Improve the organization's reputation in the market by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Opportunity Assessment
  • Identify Clevel decision makers at targeted clients and approach them as per the Business Plan.
  • Identification of business opportunities by searching relevant industries, market databases & other sources of information and locate business deals from potential clients
  • Execution to Achieve Set Revenue Targets
  • Prepare a Daily field plan by considering Insights' services segments and Saudi Arabia's market and targeted clients and achieve minimum daily visits as per SOPs
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating proposals
  • Reporting
  • Regularly share daily, weekly and monthly reports related with BD activities containing revenue target achieved, mature business deals, new leads, high value prospects and follow ups
  • Team
  • Should be a good team player in order to achieve set targets and goals
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic individual

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Ability to meet revenue targets and assigned tasks
  • Aptitude in networking and building relationships.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (is a plus)

Education / Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, sales, or relevant field. MBA is preferable


Experience
Two to Three years of previous work experience in Sales, B2B Sales on a supervisor level preferably.


Package
Handsome Salary with an attractive commission as per the company policy


Driving License
Driving license for Saudi Arabia


Salary:
ریال7, ریال9,000.00 per month
