Require Automobile Workshop Supervisor ability to control workshop team and customer handling, Invoicing, quotations, and material handling.


Responsibilities:

Must working level of knowledge in Arabic, English, and Urdu Language.

  • Ensure full and accurate communication to the workshop, parts, reception, and quality control.
  • Ensure all materials and labor resources used are posted to each and every job card.
  • Maintain uptodate progress on each and every vehicle under maintenance/repair.
  • Ensure Auto Team's optimum productivity
  • Issue work in order to achieve promised times. Notify to amend promised times where inaccurate, additional work is authorized, parts delays, technical difficulties and ensure committed delivery times are met.
  • Communicate any and all changes that affect a vehicle to the concerned person / department e.g. completion time, parts shortage, extra work, warranty refusal, damage found, delayed diagnosis etc.
  • Monitor team's performance, productivity and efficiencies on daily and weekly basis.

Requirement:


  • Diploma in a Mechanical or related field would be preferred.
  • Must have 23 years of working experience as a Workshop Controller/Supervisor.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office.

Salary:
ریال3, ریال3,500.00 per month

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Diploma (required)

Experience:

Workshop Supervisor: 2 years (required)


Language:


  • Arabic/English/Urdu (required)
