• Control of shipbuilding projects at all stages of the project 
during their life cycle
• Update and monitor all project milestones and control and 
monitor the project budget
• Supervising the work of the projects site
• Responsible for communication, meeting and negotiations 
with the owner.
• Reviewing monthly and weekly reports and preparing 
administrative reports.
• Review of tender works, bid budget lists
• Attending owner tender meetings
• Preparing the offer for the ship owner for the new project and 
following up the owner's satisfaction during the project stages.
