Yaman Aljnadi

I was born in Saudi Arabia and lived there until high school. I did my higher education in Turkey, finished it in 4 years studying computer engineering, and graduated with a GPA of 3.13 out of 4, also managed to acquire the Turkish citizenship in that period. 

I have a passion for machine learning and networking, and love engaging in tech nerds conversations, as I'm a tech geek myself, not to mention the endless tech debates and dissections that always goes between me and my friends. 

Also I have a passion for sports in general, but the most thing that attracts me is endurance sports, I started with parkour at 15 years old, since it was a big thing back in the day, and then started branching out, such as swimming, running, climbing …etc. 

For me, respect and morals is more important than profession, I would always choose a nice and humble person over an unmoral professional.

WORK HISTORY
1. Machine learning programmer | internship for EVA TEAM (2019 – 2020)
Achievements
• Managed to build an object detection model from scratch, for identifying traffic signs pedestrians... etc.
Responsibilities
• Learning TensorFlow and python in order to apply it for object detection
• Collecting and optimizing the data needed for training
• Setting up and programming Lidar detection to support the model
2. Electrician | Albadaha company (BCMI) (2020-2021)
Achievements
• Extracted data from the factory generators and distributed it over the company network for analyzing and
trouble shooting.
Responsibilities
• Circuit regulation and level reading
• Helped in building power distribution cabinets
• Setting and programming PCIs manufacturing circuits
3. Mentor (Computer Vision) | EVC Digital Initiatives (2022 – 2022) → Two months
Achievements
• Crowd counting and tracking in Makkah, using machine learning and image processing.
• Automatic Wastes Sorting.
Responsibilities
• Building and optimizing Yolov4 module for prediction
• Image segmentation and behavior detection
