    Jadeer is hiringon behalf of one of our clients in Egypt andabroad.

    Our client is a leading digitaltransformation enabler and systems integrator in the MEA regiondesigning and deploying industryspecific technology solutions forassetintensive industries such as Telecoms Utilities Oil &Gas and Transportation. Over 2000 professionals spread throughoutthe region with anchor offices in Cairo Riyadh Dubai Doha Nairobiand New Jersey allowing the Company to service an everincreasingclient base in over 40countries.

    JobTitle: FinanceDirector

    JobSummary:

    The Finance Director isresponsible for overseeing financial
    operations within theKSA market. This role focuses on ensuringfinancial
    compliance managing financial functions andproviding strategic
    financial guidance. The FinanceDirector will lead teams in accounting
    collectionstreasury andtaxes.

    Responsibilities:

    StrategyPlanning and RiskManagement:

    1. Developinnovative financing solutions to support business growth plansincluding fostering relationships in the banking and investmentsectors.
    2. Assist in achieving or exceedingprofit and loss (P/L) targets withinthe
      region.
    3. Identify financial andoperational risks and develop strategies to mitigatethem.
    4. Provide financial insights into strategicmanagement decisions
      acquisitions divestments jointventures and partnerships.
    5. Evaluate investmentopportunities and assess their financialviability.

      Finance Management&Operations:
    6. Reviewand approve financial transactions internal controlprocedures
      and financial reportingactivities.
    7. Ensure the implementation ofsuitable financial systems processes and protocols across allfacets of the companys financialmanagement.
    8. Coordinate with internal andexternal auditors during audit phases
    9. Reviewthe accuracy and completeness of financial documents includingreconciliations journal entries and financialstatements.
    10. Build and manage relations withfinancial stakeholders across allregions.

    PeopleDevelopment:

    1. Coachdevelop and mentor highperforming team members and futureleaders.

    JobRequirements:

    1. Min15 years of experience with a strong background in finance andaccounting including exposure to multicultural markets(KSA Market is a must) with at least5 years of experience in senior managerialpositions.
    2. Postgraduate studiesare mandatory CPA CMA and MBA are anasset.
    3. Solid knowledge ofstrategic financemanagement.
    4. Budgetingand forecasting.
    5. Strongknowledge of mergers andacquisitions.
    6. Strong investorrelation portfolio.
    7. Strong communicationskills. Change leader.
    8. Strong knowledge andskill in different negotiationstrategies.
