    Direct and oversee complianceand enforcement of the Warm Springs Cannabis and Hemp Codes andRegulations on behalf of independent Warm Springs CannabisRegulatory Commission.

    Immediate responsibility for monitoring allcannabis and hemp activities, supervising licensee and permittees,auditing production and finances, and initiating enforcementactions.

    Requirements

    Mustmeet qualifications for a cannabis permit. Pass complete criminaland personal background investigation. Minimum of Bachelors Degreein Business Administration or at least fives on-the-job experiencein successfully managing or operating a business. Advanced degreespreferred.

    Experience in any of the following areas preferred:
    start-up business, finance, economic development, communications,law, policy development, auditing, compliance, or enforcement.
