Weare looking for an experienced, energetic, and creative GrowthMarketing Executive. You will be in charge of developing,executing, and testing business growth strategies with a focus oncompany gain and customer satisfaction.

JobType
Full-time,Remote, Contract (initially 3 months).
Responsibilities

• Planningand executing experimental validation of new campaigns, growthstrategies, and channels.
  
• Leadongoing customer engagement efforts and plan and executenew.
  
• Set up andexecute Digital Marketing campaigns.
  
• Nojob too small: Support and work across teams.
  
• Workwith the Engineering team to leverage data and technology toexecute inventive scalable go-to-marketstrategies.
  
• Improvecustomer experience from early engagement through onboardingprocesses.
  
• Testnew online and traditional growthchannels.
  
• Competitoranalysis andstudy.
  

Requirements

• 4+years experience in similarfields.
  
• MinimumAcademic qualification: Bachelor in Business orsimilar.
  
• Demonstrableexperience with marketing campaigns andstrategies.
  
• Experiencewith SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (or similar), and CRMsoftware.
  
• Workingknowledge of Google Adwords and social mediaadvertising.
  
• Experiencewith social media campaigns (Google, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn,Twitter, TikTok, Instagram,etc...).
  
• Experiencewith email marketing and marketingautomation.
  
• Experiencewith A/Btesting.
  
• Activeparticipant in communities such as Reddit, Twitter, orDiscord.
  
• Experiencein writing Blogs, Articles, and copywriting.
  
• Youlove solving ambiguous problems through rapid hypothesistesting.
  

GeneralRequirements

• Workhours: USA Business hours(EST/CST/PST).
  
• High-SpeedInternet and the ability to join Video Meetings during businesshours.
  
• You are ahard-working, energetic, and creative individual who loves to useexisting but also acquire newknowledge.
